රුලන්:-
රුලන් කියන්නේ මාස 6 සිට ඉහලට බබාලට දෙන්න පුලුවන් ගුණ දායක කෑමක් . රුලන් වලට බබාලගේ බර වැඩි වෙනවා. මූලික ආහාර පුරුදු කලායින් පසු ඔබට ඔබේ බබාට රුලං දීම ආරම්භ කරන්න පුළුවන්.

රට ඉදි:-
රට ඉදි ත් අවුරුද්දට අඩු බබාලට දෙන්න පුළුවන්. නමුත් රට ඉදි තෝරාගැනීමේදී පැණි වල බස්සවා ඇති රට ඉදි තෝරා නොගෙන නැවුම් රටඉඳි පමණක් තෝරා ගන්න. රට ඉදි වලටත් බබාලගේ බර වැඩි වෙනවා.

කිරි:-
මෙම රෙසිපිය සදහා මම යොදා ගන්නේ නැවුම් එළකිරි ය . මම තෝරාගත් තේ හයිලන්ඩ් බ්‍රෑන්ඩ් එකයි. නමුත් ඔබේ බබා අවුරුද්දට වඩා අඩුයි නම් නැවුම් එළකිරි සුදුසු නොවේ. නැවුම් එළකිරි වල ඇති ප්‍රෝටීන බබාට ජිර්නය කිරීමට අපහසුය. ඒවෙනුවට ඔබට පොල්කිරි, ෆෝමියුලා කිරි, හෝ මව්කිරි යොදාගත හැක. fresh milk, ෆෝමියුලා කිරි හෝ මව්කිරි රුලං තලපය හදා අවසන් ව එකතු කරගත හැකියි. පොල්කිරි නම් මා පෙන්වන පරිදිම රත්කර සාදා ගන්න. මේ කිසිම කිරි වර්ගයක් එකතු නොකර වුවද ඔබට මෙය සකස් කර ගත් හැකියි. ඔබට වතුර පමණක් භාවිතා කළ හැකියි ; නමුත් රසය නම් අඩු වේවි.

Semolina: -
Semolina is a nutritious food that can be given to babies from 6 months upwards. Semolina increases the weight of your baby. Once you have mastered the basic food habits, you can start feeding semolina to your baby .

dates:-
Dates can be given to babies less than a year old. But when choosing dates, do not choose dates that have been dipped in sugar syrup. Instead better to choose only fresh dates. The weight of the baby will increase increase with dates.

milk:-
I use fresh cow's milk for this recipe. The brand I chose was the Highland brand. But fresh cow's milk is not suitable if your baby is less than a year old. The protein in fresh cow's milk is difficult for the baby to digest. Instead you can use coconut milk, formula milk, or breast milk. Fresh milk, formula milk or breast milk can be made and added at the end after making semolina pulp. But if you wanna add coconut milk, better to heat the coconut milk as I showed in the video. You can prepare this without adding any of these milks. You can only use water;but taste will be different.
