1. Start by massaging the tops of your toes & feet with your favourite toxin-free cream or oil to “wake up” the reflexes. Make sure to breath!
2. Locate the the TMJ reflex by bending the big toe and finding it on the joint on the lateral side (closest to the other toes).
3. Using your index finger, press down on the TMJ reflex and massage. Repeat on the other foot.
