Everyone in my raid is now geared enough to be able to 3 heal Sinestra (I am too bad to dispel and heal and too useless to play a shadow spec). I gave myself enormous Decursive boxes and set it to show the duration of debuffs so I could try to deal with Wrack, if you need any tips on being the worst Disc priest or doing Sinestra for Dummies please drop a question in the comments :)
