The Folklore goes that Sudama offered his last few grains of beaten rice or poha or Avalakki to his friend Lord Krishna. Poha is a very auspicious offering to Krishna especially on Janmashtami. Here is my take on making a simple and quick, yet tasty Laddu from Poha and Peanuts.

Ghee - 1/4 Cup
Saffron - Pinch
Yellow food color (Optional)
