Find the 3rd secret / golden skull in "Act 1" - "The Dark Before Dawn" and starting in the chapter "Special Delivery".
This will unlock the achievement "Pallet Cleanser" in Back 4 Blood.

You do not need to finish the level once you've completed the achievement, you can quit out the moment you see it pop up on your screen.

I also recommended running this on Recruit difficulty to make it go faster.
