This video shows my yoga practice in full, and how I normally practice yogasana throughout a week. I have been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for three years, and I am currently practicing intermediate series + a bit of third series. The asana I am showing in my thumbnail is called Yoginidrasana, I practice this around 12 minutes into the video.
