There are few American institutions as amazing as the Postal Service. With it delivering over 160 million pieces of mail to some of the most far-flung corners of our country every day. Yet more and more the mail carriers who make that happen are facing major issues. The USPS says it’s already working to strengthen key and lock technology for collection boxes with things like dual authentication. But the postal workers’ union says not enough is being done to protect its members while on the job.
