The answer is no because here we are not shaving your scalp completely. Here we are keeping your hair at a certain level, i.e. zero trim. The required length of the grafts are taken from the occipitum, i.e. is the back side of the head and we are putting it into the resentment area. So you need not worry that you have to completely shave or you look bald.
