In this video, we demonstrate and explain 3 different exercises for the arms at a beginners level; I am on the reformer. It starts with a move that targets the triceps, then repositioning into a ‘V’ position and ending with circular actions - forward and reverse. All these are from a sequence called ‘mid-back series’.
