"Who calls me, I will answer." God is a communicating God. "My sheep hear my voice and they follow me". Are you really His sheep? Then you will hear Him speak! Read the bible loud to yourself. If you engage for His hearts' issues then He will also engage for yours! He whispers in our spirit, soft and smoothly with few words, but clear. Just ask Him that you learn to hear Him!
