Changyong Rhee, director of the Asia and Pacific Department at the International Monetary Fund, discusses the prospects for the region's economies. The fund cut its growth forecast for the region due to a surge of the delta variant of Covid-19 and lagging vaccinations. China’s forecast was trimmed to 8% from 8.4% to reflect ongoing outbreaks of the virus, fiscal policy tightening and stresses in the property sector. Rhee speaks with Kathleen Hays on "Bloomberg Daybreak: Asia." (Source: Bloomberg)
