In this month's edition of the People Analytics Sessions, we looked into the operating models in people analytics, and analyzed how the models of the past fit the landscape of the future.
We were joined by two great speakers — Alec Levenson and Steven Comingdeer.
Dr. Levenson is a published author, whose work has been featured in prestigious academic papers, as well as in New York Times, Wall Street Journal, The Economist, CNN, Associated Press, and more. He has also trained Human Resource professionals from a broad range of Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies in the application of human capital analytics.
Steven is a leader, educator, student, coach, and advocate with significant and progressive experience in the fields of business, healthcare, and organizational development. He is currently the Head of Global People Analytics and HR Data Governor at Accenture, a $60B global professional services organization of ~750,000 people across the globe. In this role, he oversees a team of ~350 professionals who provide data science, analytics, insights, solutions, and products to support HR and business decisions.
