If you've tried everything to eliminate you Quest 2 controller drift, then it's time to put in a new joystick/transducer. Recently, new 3rd party transducers have become available on Amazon for low cost. This makes it viable to replace your joystick and bring new life to your old controller.

Between this video and my easy controller teardown video, you'll have everything you need to successfully swap in a new joystick. With a little care and attention to detail, it is easy to teardown your controller and install a new transducer. This should get your controller running like new.
