Library rules target photographers with unconstitutional made up rules. Tries to blanket ban. Employees don't realize what working in the public sector means in regards to privacy. Just another example of city of welland thinking it's employees and staff can do anything they want, and make up rules, that frankly, will get them sued. Must watch, and please Share!
