Virtualize Ubuntu Server 22.04 with Proxmox VE - How to Install Ubuntu 22.04 LTS on VirtualBox

Hi guys, welcome to my channel Fathir Habib, in this video I will show you Virtualize Ubuntu Server 22.04 with Proxmox Virtual Environment, open your favorite browser, please type download ubuntu server, click on Get Ubuntu Server | Download, click on Accept all and visit site, click on option 2, Manual server installation, click on Download Ubuntu Server 22.04 LTS, now ubuntu 22.04 server dot iso is downloading.

Now I was downloaded file Ubuntu Server 22.04 dot iso, open your server Proxmox Virtual Environment, click on local, click on Upload, and then select file iso was downloaded, click on Open and then click on Upload, now the TASK OK, it's mean that, we have been uploaded the iso file, click on Create VM, please type your Virtual Machine Name, click on OS, on the ISO image, select file ubuntu 22.04 live server dot iso was you uploaded, on the System I choose the default, On the Disks, adjust your Disk size, this time I upgrade into 100 gigabytes, on the CPU, I upgrade into 2 cores, on the Memory, I upgrade into 8 gigabyte, on the Network, I choose the default, on the Confirm, check on Start after created, click on Finish.

Click on Console, on the Try or Install Ubuntu Server, please press enter, it's asking me to select your language, this time I choose English, then press enter, it's asking me Installer update available, press down arrow, on Continue without updating, then press enter it's asking me the Keyboard configuration, please select your keyboard Layout, I choose the default English, on Done then press enter, it's asking me the Choose type of install, on done then press enter, it's asking me the Network connection, on Done, then press enter, it's asking me the Configure proxy, on Done, then press enter, it's asking me the Configure ubuntu archive mirror, on Done and press enter, it's asking me the Guided storage configuration, on Done, then press enter, it's asking me the Storage configuration, on Done, then press enter, it's asking me, Are you sure want to continue? press down arrow, on Continue, then press enter, enter Your name, enter your server's name, Pick a user name, please type your password, please type confirm your password, on Done, then press enter, it's asking me the SSH Setup, is asking me if we want to install OpenSSH server, this will allow us to SSH remotely, I typically choose this, if you don't choose this, you can use proxmox as web console to administer this server, but I recommend to install OpenSSH server, press the space bar on your keyboard, on Done, then press enter, it's asking me the Third-party drivers, on Continue then press enter, it's asking me the Featured Server Snaps, if you want to select or deselect snap in server environment with space, on this time, I'm not select anything, on Done, then press enter, now in the process of installing the system, press down arrow, Cancel update and reboot now, then press enter.

Enter your ubuntu server login, then enter password,

please type
sudo apt-get update

and then enter your password, please type
sudo apt-get upgrade
