Want to add captions to your video? You probably need an srt file to do it. But that means transcribing and transcriptions usually cost money to get it done right. But now with the same technology that created DALL-E, you can do it locally on your machine in seconds for free.
You have to run a few short commands and then you are good to go.
To install Whisper on a Mac
brew install ffmpeg
brew install rust
pip install git+[ Ссылка ]
Then export an audio file and pass it to whisper:
whisper youraudiofile.mp3 --model tiny
Wait a few minutes and you have an srt file done. Its quite amazing!!!
