For the very first Gass Bro Tours video, we're at Knox Brew Hub, located at 421 Union Ave in Knoxville, Tennessee.
The Brew Hub recently started offering subs, and we couldn't resist trying them out! They are available Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30am until 2:30pm.
John and Jim (The Gass Bros) try some subs (and maybe a brew), and sit down with Zack Roskop, Owner and Operator of Knox Brew Hub, and Zack shares how the Hub came to be, how the Subs came to be, and some of his own hopes and dreams for the business.
