TIKI GIN COCKTAIL 2 WAYS
The recipes

CLASSIC SATURN COCKTAIL RECIPE (Tiki Gin cocktail)
1.5 oz Gin
0.25 oz Falernum
0.5 Passion fruit syrup
0.5 oz Lemon juice
0.25 oz Orgeat syrup
Add all ingredients in a blender with 200 gr of ice.
Blend until smooth and serve with a straw and lemon zest granish

SATURN MILK WASHED COCKTAIL (MAKES 3 COCKTAILS)
2.5 oz Empress gin
0.75 oz White overproof jamaican rum
0.75 oz Falernum
1.5 oz Passion fruit syrup
1.5 oz Lemon juice
0.75 oz Orgeat syrup
Mix all these ingredients first and then, pour the mix over 2 oz of whole milk
Filter through a wet coffee filter following the steps in the video
Then add 2.5 oz Empress gin, bottle up and keep in the fridge until thirsty
