📒 Ingredients
150 g All purpose flour
15 grams of almond powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
80 g melted butter
100 grams of sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
80 g milk
220 g banana mashed ( 2-3 bananas)
1 tsp vanilla extract
80 g almond sliced

How To Bake
- Bake at 170 C for 50-60 minutes
** bake until skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean, it is cooked **
Stand in tray for 5 minutes , Transfer to wire rack to cool

📒สูตร เค้กกล้วยหอม

แป้งเอนกประสงค์ 150 กรัม
ผงอัลมอนด์ 15 กรัม
ผงฟู 1 ช้อนชา
เบคกิ้งโซดา 1/2 ช้อนชา
เนยสดละลาย 80 กรัม
น้ำตาล 100 กรัม
เกลือ 1/4 ช้อนชา
ไข่ 1 ฟอง
นมสด 80 กรัม
กล้วยหอม 220 กรัม (ประมาณ 2-3 ลูก)
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
อัลมอนด์สไลด์ 80 กรัม (เปลี่ยนเป็นถั่วสับหยาบๆได้)


วิธีอบ

- อบไฟบน-ล่าง 170 องศา ไม่เปิดพัดลม 50-60 นาที
-เช็คสุกโดยการเอาไม้แหลมจิ้มลงไปตรงกลาง หากไม่มีเศษขนมติด คือสุก
