Hey, guys! Season 7 of Workin’ Moms is officially confirmed! Catherine Reitman announced the Season 7 renewal in a video message on the show’s official Twitter account. However, the renewal announcement also came with some bitter news. Catherine also confirmed that Season 7 will be the final season of the hit comedy series. Pre-production of the 13 episodes of the final season has already started, and Season 7 of Workin’ Moms is set to premiere on CBC in Canada in January 2023. As you probably know, in 2019, when the show was airing its third season on television, it was released globally on Netflix. Season 7 will not be an exception and will hit Netflix right after it wraps up on CBC, sometime in April 2023. In case you didn’t know, 41-year old Catherine Reitman, who plays Kate Foster, is also the creator, writer and executive producer of Workin’ Moms. As a mother of two children, she was clearly inspired by her own challenges of balancing career and motherhood. By the way, Reitman comes from a famous movie family. Her father, Ivan Reitman, was a film director. Her older brother, 44-year old Jason Reitman, is an award-winning director, known for such films as Juno and Up in the Air. In the final Season 7 of Workin’ Moms, we will see Kate, Anne, Sloane, Jenny and Val confront demons from their past in order to move forward.
