Hi dear Wongies, at the time this video premieres, I am in my 4th day with COVID-19. The first 3 days were really rough, I could not sleep well, due to body aches and pains, and a killer sore throat too. Fortunately I am on my way to recovery and I was able to prepare this video for you all. (I didn't record the video while I had COVID! Luckily I had prepared one earlier).
