These are delicious with some mango or tamarind sour
Ingredients
2 Cups flour
1/4 Cup yellow split peas powder
1 Tbs turmeric (optional you can add less ) or use food coloring
2 Tsp yeast
1 Tsp salt (this can be adjusted to your salt intake )
1 Tsp sugar
1 Tsp baking powder that I forgot to mention when listing the ingredients
1 Cup warm water
1/3 Cup green seasoning
2 Scallion
Oil for frying
