My mother-in-law (Nikki's mom) Ms. Margaret Jones, is one of the best cooks I've ever met. In this video she shows us how she makes peach preserves using Georgia Belle peaches, Sure Jell pectin, Ball Fruit Fresh and sugar. She also includes just a bit of butter. What's really fun about this video is to hear Ms. Margaret's stories and colorful instructions. She lives in Robeson County, NC - the eastern coastal plain of North Carolina - one of my favorite places in the state. This is not a conventional recipe. Just watch and learn - and laugh!
