Ingredients for the recipe are as follows:
1kg rice
250 gram jowar
250 gram chana dal
100 gram urad dal without cover
100 gram mung dal
50 gram coriander seed
50 gram fennel seeds
20 gram black pepper
3-4 spoon fenugreek seeds
3-4 spoon cummin seeds
Oil
Method:
Step 1- Get all the above ingredients grinned to make the flour
Step 2- Make the batter from the flour for that add little bit of warm water to the flour and also add salt and turmeric powder to it.
Remember, the batter does not have to be thicker so it can be easier for you to shape the vade.
Now keep the batter aside for 30 minutes to soak.
Step 3- Frying the vade, heat the oil in pan, now grease small piece of plastic with oil to make the vade, take medium size dough ball and press or roll it with hand. Now fry these vade in oil from both sides until it gets golden color. Malvani kombdi vade are ready to eat.
