This Miami Dade County school bus did not stop at this railroad crossing in Hialeah, Florida as FEC Train 202 was approaching. The Bus was heading South on East 10th Ave and the train was heading East (eventually North) to Jacksonville. There was no malfunction or anything just a failure to stop which could've cause a tragic accident here. This is just about 100 feet away from the IRIS interlocking where the FEC meets the CSX tracks that mostly see Tri Rail throughout the day; Also, an occasional Amtrak (North of 79th ST) and CSX local rock train 0721 which is the only CSX train in Miami.
