It can be a little bit daunting visiting a clinic… especially when needles are involved! And that is TOTALLY normal…

So in today’s video we will look at some of the tools and tricks we use in clinic to try make your experience as comfortable as possible, reduce or eliminate pain as much as possible and above all help to reduce your fear or anxiety.
Although I talk through a selection of physical tools, the most important factors in helping you feel safe and comfortable are things like ensuring you are treated in a calming environment, ensuring you are given time for a thorough consultation and for all your questions and concerns to be answered and above all ensuring that you never feel pressurised and rushed and treated with kindness and compassion ✨✨✨ these are the things that really do matter.
