Raised by Wolves episode 8 & 9 explained. Deep dive breakdown of “Mass” and “Umbilical” season 1 Raised by Wolves HBO Max. Please Subscribe - [ Ссылка ]
What’s going on in HBO’s Raised by Wolves? We’re almost at the end of season 1, and episodes 8 and 9 asked more questions than they answered. We did learn some things, but there are a lot of ongoing mysteries and unanswered questions heading into the season finale. The good news is that Hunter came through and reverted Father to his original form, and all of the characters are all gathered together. The bad news is that Marcus was left for dead, and now Paul is hearing the voice in his head.
Also in episode 8 we found out that Mother is carrying a half-carbon child. Somehow when she entered the sim the character who appeared as her creator (Campion Sturgess) inseminated her. She is struggling with conflicting feelings of wanting to protect her adopted children/Campion, and feed the child that’s growing inside her.
Kepler-22b is still mysterious as well. We know there is one being on the planet who didn’t arrive with the androids or the Mithraic ark of heaven. They may be connected to the cults we’ve heard Tempest mention a couple of times in season 1. This video looks at this and other Raised by Wolves theories to explain what happened in episodes 8-9.
If you’re wondering what’s going on in Raised by Wolves season 1 this video will help you figure things out. Now that we know that the show has been renewed for season 2 we hope that they will find a satisfying way to end the first. Let us know what you think of the first season in the comments, and what your favorite Raised by Wolves theories are.
From Executive Producer Ridley Scott, Raised by Wolves centers on two androids tasked with raising human children on a mysterious virgin planet. As the burgeoning colony of humans threatens to be torn apart by religious differences, the androids learn that controlling the beliefs of humans is a treacherous and difficult task.
