INGREDIENTS:
* Dates (खजूर) - 300 grams
* Fig (अंजीर) - 200 grams
* Hot Water (गर्म पानी)
* Melon Seeds (खरबूजे के बीज)
* Cashew Nuts (काजू)
* Almonds (बादाम)
* Ghee (घी) - 2-3 spoons
* Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर)
* Pistachios (पिस्ते) - for garnishing
RECIPE:
Wash the Dates & wipe them then take out their seeds with the help of straw. Wash & soak the Figs in hot water. Then chop them finely.
In a pan, dry roast the Melon Seeds & take out them. Then put some Ghee & roast Cashew Nuts, Almonds & take out them as well.
In the same pan, put some Ghee, put Dates & Figs & roast them. Then put roasted Dry Fruits, Cardamom Powder & turn the flame off. Put the mixture in a tray, garnish it with Pistachios. Let it for setting for 2-3 hours then cut it in slices & enjoy the Healthy Sweet.
