The elections to the Garo Hills District Council (GHADC) will be held on April 9, 2021. This was announced by the Meghalaya Cabinet yesterday.
During a briefing deputy chief minister Prestone Tynsong informed that publication of draft electoral roll will take place on Feb 4, and counting will be held on April 14.
NPP National President and Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma has exuded confidence of winning the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council polls.
