I came up with a speedrun idea for KH2FM. It's doing all the Organization XIII Data fights one after another. The catch is being LV1 on Critical Mode. Full rules are listed below. This run is current World Record for this category, beating AuronSuper95's time by about 50 secs. Can be improved by almost 2 minutes with good RNG (I had pretty good overall RNG...except Xigbar + Xaldin).
Rules:
Must be Level 1. Must NOT use Power/Defense stat boosts (AP is okay as it doesn't affect the fights). Any Keyblade/Ability/Armor/Accessory/Items allowed to be equipped. Timer started when first fight loads and ends on final strike of last Org member. Any order allowed. Attempts must be livestreamed (for proof).
Roxas: This is worst Org fight at LV1 to beat consistently. Roxas has really stupid RNG that can either kill you or waste time. Fastest method Auron and I use is the famous Rumbling Rose loop. The problem with this is after Roxas' first phase he'll randomly break out with keyblade spinning attack. Long story short, it's a pain in the ass and depending how many times he breaks out depends on how fast the fight goes. You could also just straight out die if you're unlucky what he does after. In this run, the fight went pretty well.
Vexen: This fight is actually very easy with Final Form Firaga strat. Getting the timing down consistently for the Limits and keeping Donald alive between them is the only hard part. I still have him early in the run due to menuing being so easy to go to. This fight went good as it can go for me.
Luxord: This is a VERY easy fight...except the problem is the stupid mini-game is pretty tough to get every single time. I unequip Form Boost for this fight in case I mess up the mini-game. Both Auron and I pause buffer on last part of his DM mini-game to ensure we choose the right option.
Xigbar: This is EASILY the second worst fight in an RTA. Xigbar has, as far as I can tell, a bad glitch where he'll break out of getting stunned sometimes on the second wave of shots, where he'd normally be stunned. This causes you to have a very good chance of dying (it happened to me in this run), because one wave of bullets will kill you at LV1. New strat for this fight is in final phase after his first DM you can loop him by not doing a finisher.
Zexion: This fight is pretty easy and consistent now with Final Form Firaga x2. You need to be careful how you use it or Zexion will break out of it too early and you won't be able to kill him in two cycles. I make sure he sends me to book world before his final phase HP trigger so I can skip the spotlight game (not that it's hard, just time consuming).
Lexaeus: Still a pretty easy fight, though yolo strats of doing a quick Guard Break combo on his jump move is really risky and has to be well timed, but helps speed it up. Everything else is pretty hilariously easy as he gets wrecked by Reflega.
Demyx: This fight is easy except you can get bad RNG with his attacks and run out of Wisdom Form too early and waste time. He also very rarely can break out of combos for some unexplained reason and kill you. I got a pretty perfect fight by getting him into the wall.
Larxene: This is another RNG heavy fight. She can be one of the easiest fights, or kill you with stupid bad luck. I happen to get perfect RNG you could ask for in this fight. You loop her 2nd & 3rd phase to speed things up and make them much safer, since her final phase is way too random.
Axel: Yet another tough fight to beat every time. Axel can break out of the Blizzaga loop rarely for reasons I don't know why. I figured out most of the things that can go wrong, though. So this fight isn't terribly bad anymore, but since you're at 1 HP nearly the whole fight, it's easy to get sniped by a move.
Saix: Blizzaga loop makes this faster. Sometimes he'll randomly break out and end up in center of area by luck. Final Form Firaga speeds up first phase a little, but doing the combo is pretty time strict or you can die.
Marluxia: Marluxia is one of the most predictable fights. However, to do this fight fast you need yolo strats, making it easy to die. I Limit now in one of his DMs now, to prevent random deaths that may happen (even if super slim chance). At LV1, every single hit will always kill you no matter what.
Xaldin: This fight is very easy, but very stupidly random. To make this fight fast, he needs to do the jump move a lot in final phase. This run had literally the worst Xaldin fight I've ever had. I never knew it was possible to get that unlucky. I lost over 1 min to bad RNG.
Xemnas 1: Reflega everything.
Xemnas 2: This fight used to be pretty tough, but it's much easier now thanks to looping and finding out how to avoid randomly dying to his Bind move. You have to take some risks in this fight though to make it fast (like using Reflega on orbs that may end up hitting you).
