Sacroiliac (SI) joint pain is a common complaint of those with back pain. Treatment for this condition usually involves gaining more stability in the pelvis and core to improve the mechanics of the SI joint. In this video Korey goes over the top 3 exercises we use to get a handle on this painful condition.
These 3 exercises require very little equipment and can be done at home. If you have more pain as a result of them, please stop and consult a Physical Therapist. If done correctly, and consistently, you should notice your SI joint pain reduce as you get stronger.
