This is a comparison of the HDR picture of the 2018 Samsung Q9F / Q9FN QLED 4K HDR TV and the LG B6 OLED 4K HDR TV.
Samsung QLED vs LG B6 OLED showdown. The OLED is 2yrs old and I thought it would be interesting to see how it has held up and how it compares now to the top LCD TV on the market in 2018.
The camera is exposed in the middle of both TVs. So as a result some of the highlights are clipped on the QLED while some scenes look dark on the OLED. In person you can make out the details on both.
I use an Apple TV 4 box and a Denon X4300H to deliver the same HDR sources to each. The sources being Netflix and iTunes Movies app. Each TV is connected with HDMI 2.0a certified cables.
