The NordicTrack Commercial 1750 and SOLE F80 are often compared when someone is looking for a durable, high-quality treadmill as they have similar price points and appear outwardly the same. However, when these treadmills are directly compared to each other, it is clear that the Commercial 1750 is a superior treadmill.
If you like having the latest fitness technology, then the F80 stands no chance against the Commercial 1750. On the Commercial 1750, there is a 7” high-definition touchscreen embedded into the console, which is highly responsive to touch. This screen allows you to easily scroll through the 38 built-in workout programs on the NordicTrack 1750. Comparatively, the F80 has a simple 9” LCD screen in its treadmill console, which is not as intuitive to use as the Commercial 1750 touchscreen. Also, there are only 10 workout programs built into the F80.
Another technological extra the Commercial 1750 has is the ability to sync iFit Coach directly with the treadmill. The iFit Coach program gives users access to over 12,000 workout programs, with more being developed and uploaded to iFit Coach daily. There are also world-class personal trainers on iFit Coach who lead you through various workouts. You can even receive a free 1-year membership to iFit Coach when you purchase the Commercial 1750.
On the F80, you can use the SOLE app to take greater control of the treadmill. However, while you can sync the app with your treadmill and build a workout program, that is pretty much the extent of the app’s capabilities. Also, it is prone to freezing, requiring you to restart your device completely.
One of the ways in which the F80 may edge out the Commercial 1750 is its weight capacity. The F80 can hold a user who weighs up to 375 lbs, while the Commercial 1750 can only accommodate someone who weighs up to 300 lbs. Both treadmills have heavy-duty, durable commercial treadmill frames, so you can feel confident using them.
