One shotting gwyn in one hit, thank you dark magic for making it easy.
i spent a week of research (by than i mean looking at the wiki, watching videos) i finnaly achieved it

Equipment:
-Crown of Dusk (+20% damage in magic)
-Logan's staff
-Red Tearstone Ring (+50% damage at 20% health)
-Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring (about +20% damage in sorceries)
-Dark Bead
-Power Within (+40% damage)
-Grass Crest Shield (stamina boost)
-Chester set (Fashion souls)

I made a mistake, and almost failed the attempt, i didn't changed the spell from Power within to Dark bead.
If te damage isn't enough you can use the Tin Crystallization Catalyst to boost the damage of dark bead.
If you cannot parry gwyn try a small shied due to the small shields having more parry frames
