지난 여름 몬타나주에 있는 글레이셔 국립공원에 다녀왔어요. 이번에는 매니 글레이셔 로지에서 묵었고요. 숙소 자체는 국립공원이다보니 시설이 아주 좋거나 하진 않지만 발코니에서 보는 풍경 하나만으로도 충분히 만족할만 곳이죠. 미국 북서부는 여름마다 발생하는 산불로 공기가 안 좋을 때가 많고, 산불 연기로 인해 멋진 풍경을 못 보는 경우가 종종 생기니 여행 준비시 유의하세요. 또 저희는 여름 끝무렵에 방문했더니 숙소 내 레스토랑마다 메뉴에 제한이 많았어요. 음식에 예민하신 분들은 간단한 취사도구 및 음식 재료들 많이 챙겨가시기 바랍니다.
We went to Glacier National Park in September and stayed at the beautiful Many Glacier Hotel.
The view from our room was spectacular but smoke from the wildfire was there towards to the end of our trip. So please keep in mind that GNP is a beautiful place, but they have wildfires almost every summer and visibility can be low.
We were also there at the end of the summer season, and the food options from the lodge were extremely limited. So If you are traveling there, please bring plenty of food with you!
