Russell Westbrook threw at De’Aaron Fox after Fox claimed he was the fastest person in the league…not one of the fastest…but literally THE fastest. The second year Sacramento kings athlete is undeniably quick but can he really claim no one can top his speeds? Apparently, he thinks so. He said that when he watches tapes of himself playing and sees how quickly he moves his feet, there’s no way anyone could ever think he’s not the speediest guy on the court.
