To file an appeal, certain documents are needed. We'll discuss what documents you need and what to do with them. We'll also cover the importance of a bond hearing and what a return is.

Then, we'll explain what happens during an appeal hearing. There are two possible outcomes of an appeal hearing -- the Circuit Court agrees with the eviction decision, or they disagree and overturn it -- which we'll discuss. We'll also provide additional resources to help you navigate the appeals process.
