It's been one week since Mireina turned 11 and her father Carlos Doiron was killed. Her family had plans to take her to dinner at the Olive Garden and a movie to celebrate her birthday. Doiron dropped off a gift for her and then was shot at as he was backing out of the driveway. A man has been arrested and faces murder charges following the shooting.
