Shoulder pain is one of the common problems in orthopaedic OPD practice. Some patients get a MRIscan so frequently even without an indication and get anxious about their problem other subset of patients neglect doctors advice and delay their diagnosis by not getting the MRI scan at right time. MRI is a costly investigation however its a powerful tool to aid in clinical diagnosis for orthopaedic surgeons. In this video the doctor explains his strategy in referring the patients for MRI scan to make it more cost effective and providing maximum clinical results to patients.
