The Fraser Valley Collective sits down with Craft Ice Cream makers Laura and Zach Janz of Abbotsford BC. They've made it, well not just made it but thrived during a pandemic, and everything that's come with it. In fact its fair to say they have done a service to their community by really leading a positive Environment for the area they are located.

Also, they are growing in more ways than one! from opening a second shop at the start of 2022 and welcoming a new family member to the Janz group:)
