Motivation is such a loaded word and implies an intrinsic mechanism that is supposed to be there to constantly drive action and success.
We believe this term can be quite dysfunctional and paradoxically, a destructive force in many people's lives, as it creates an expectation without a mechanism, often leading to a downward spiral of demotivation, sadness, and failure.
It’s time to approach the emotional drivers behind behaviors in a systematic way. So don’t worry about motivation - identify achievable goals and intrinsically reward yourself upon their achievement.
