I love to cook, but when I have to do it EVERY DAY, it becomes just a task to finish. But doing the meal kits has made it more fun and interesting. I love this chicken recipe and I am sharing my version of it with YOU so you can try it!!
Ingredients:
1-2 pounds chicken breast or pork cutlets
1 apple chopped
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup stock (or water)
Optional 1/2 tsp sugar
Salt and Pepper
McCormick bourban brown sugar one packet per pound of meat, or two tablespoons per pound)
Simple melt a little butter in a pan. Season your meat with the seasoning and then cook in the pan 2-4 mins per side until cooked through! (No pink in the middle, and pretty firm to the touch)
Remove meat from pan and add apples and onions. Sauté for 3-5 mins until soft. Add stock and optional pinch of sugar and salt.
Add meat to the pan and cook down for another couple minutes.
That’s it!! Make sure lots of sauce end up on the plate!! 😋😋😋
