Here at GreenhornBBQbeer we have lots of offset smoker recipes. This is our first pork picnic roast and the pork picinic how to recipe I show you with Killer Hogs HOT BBQ rub and other tasty bits is sure to make you a champ. I once again used my "secret ingredient" pork fat melted to a liquid. I poured in over the smoked pork picnic shoulder when I wrapped it in foil. I fire up the Loaded Wichita by Yoder Smokers and invest in more hickory wood purchased from a box store (it ain't cheap!). To save the wood I used my propane torch and some hardwood lump charcoal to heat my offset smoker up. Links below...
