How I Built Muscle FAST (without weights)
Overview:
I have found the best way to build muscle fast working out at home and without weights. I love working out and getting that feel good feeling every-time. In this video I go over supersets and trisets. I feel like I get that pumped feeling all over my body when I perform these sets and honestly I build muscle so quickly and even build my core just from doing these exercises. I have mentioned that I haven't been able to train legs however through meditation something told me to do them and wow it feels amazing, more on that in another video.
Simply put, do a PUSH exercise into a PULL exercise into a LEG exercise without resting (or a little rest to catch your breath).
