Surmai fish(washed)-250 gm
(you may use Rohu, Katla or Salmon etc)
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
Rice flour-1.5 tbsp
Fine semolina(rava/sooji)-3 tbsp
Turmeric powder-3/4 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Cooking oil-3 tbsp
Salt-1 tsp or as per taste
