Sheida Mas is a Spanish / Persian Choreographer based in London, UK. She moved from Spain to London, United Kingdom, in 2016 where she directs "Mas Dance" as well as Contemporary Sessions. At present Sheida teaches contemporary dance at Pineapple Dance Studios, Base Dance Studios, University of the Arts London and Adidas Studio LND and as a guest teacher internationally. Her credits include brands like Adidas, Nike, Toyota, Marshall, Sky TV, Cadbury and Blur Films.
