The whole timeline of the history of international law can be divided in five periods:
0:31-1:40 Period before the signing of the Peace of Westphalia (1648);
1:42-2:15 Period between the Peace of Westphalia (1648) until the end of the WWI (1918);
2:16-4:46 Period between the end of the WWI (1918) until the end of the WWII (1945);
4:47-5:40 Period from the end of the WWII (1945) until the end of the Cold War (early 1990's);
5:41-6:35 Early 1990's until present.
