Let's take a look at Hexler's Protokol to check MIDI and OSC signals/messages from a MIDI keyboard, TouchOSC, and a mixer. Protokol is a great way to troubleshoot if everything is sending correctly and in this video the DAW you're using doesn't matter. Protokol is its own software to check incoming signals.
**I recommend NOT having your DAW open while using Protokol so signals don't get confused.**
