"Adana" mixture:
1kg lamb mince
2 onions (~240g)
2 small capya peppers or 1 large red bell pepper (150g)
20g parsley
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp pul biber
Pastry:
600g yufka or filo (6-8 sheets yufka, 9-12 filo)
100g butter or clarified butter
Tomato sauce:
1 tbsp olive oil
50g tomato paste
30g pepper paste
1/4 tsp salt
250ml water
Yoghurt sauce:
200g yogurt
1 small garlic clove (grated)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried mint
water as needed
