Lumpiang gulay is crispy Filipino spring rolls, filled with sautéed vegetables and deep fried, Normally eaten after dipping a vinegar based sauce. This Lumpiang gulay is made with cabbage, carrots, green beans, onion, garlic, salt and water. The above mixture sautéed in oil and is wrapped in a lumpia wrapper and deep fried.

a bunch of green beans (sliced diagnoally)

2 cloves of garlic (minced)
